Yes, the minimum stay in any Boomerang apartment is 30 days.
The move-in process varies for each apartment, ranging from lockboxes with access codes to building staff handing over the keys upon your arrival. Our managers will provide you with detailed check-in and check-out instructions upon a successful reservation.
All Boomerang apartments come fully equipped and move-in ready, featuring 40-55 amenities such as a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom essentials, bedding and laundry items, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and safety measures like carbon monoxide and smoke alarms.
After touring with us and selecting your desired apartment, you will need to complete an application form sent via email. Upload the required documents to verify your identity and ability to pay, which may include government ID, employment/student status, bank statements, tax returns, pay stubs, and visa/work permit (if applicable). We will review your application and respond within 24 hours. Once approved, you will receive an electronic agreement to sign and an online invoice for upfront payments. After signing and paying, you will officially become a Boomerang Resident.
